How much are lot fees?
Lot fees for homes start at $501 per month in addition to your monthly payment. Lot fees are $545 for long term (six months, plus one day, or more) RV parking. Lot fees are $605 for short term (up to six months) RV parking. Our advertised prices include the Lot Fee.
Is this community pet friendly? What kind of dogs are allowed? How many can you have?
Up to 2 pets per home are welcomed in our community. However there are breed restrictions. Contact us for more information on this.
What is the school district and what schools are nearby?
Woodlawn Manor is situated within the Indian River School District.
What is cost of new manufactured home and how long does the process take?
Homes start at $50,000 and application time is 3-5 days.
Are utilities included in the monthly rent?
Garbage, recycling, yard waste and non-city water is included. Other utilities must be paid by the resident and are based on usage.
What are office hours? Are you open on Saturday?
Our office hours are Mon-Fri 9am-2pm. Saturday and Sunday we are available by appointment only.

Do the homes have washer/dryers in them?
New homes do not come with washers and dryers. Most existing homes already have washers and dryers in them. Woodlawn Manor has an onsite laundry facility that residents may take advantage of which includes 12 washers and 10 dryers.
Can you rent manufactured homes or do you have to buy?
Our homes must be purchased (or financed). We do not offer rentals or lease to own options.
